Within your manager login - fundraiser dashboard, click on the link under "shareable links". Scroll down a bit, and there is an option to "share/promote" which lists a link to copy/paste (see screenshot). There is no login required to access these public links, and once guests submit their picks with their name/email they are added to the team's system roster immediately.
