This could be one of two problems: 1) If you are the team manager and you are logged in under your account, any squares you purchase will automatically go under your name. Just make sure you logout of your account before securing squares for others, or 2) If you are trying to secure squares for others and using your own email address, it will show up under YOUR name. Inconvenient yes, if you go this route just enter their email or use a placeholder email (IE - johndoe@squares.com)

In order to remove the squares that were marked under your name in error, just login to your account, and go to the "select squares" tab, and there is an option to "reset squares" and it will remove any squares that are not yet marked as paid (green shade).
